As part of Free Comic Book Day, I'm offering free demonstrations of professional ink-on-paper techniques for making comic books. Lessons include the use of ruling + dip pens, brushes, Ames lettering guide and more. Practices include perspective, drafting and storytelling. Open to all ages.

The current schedule is a loop of 30-minute sessions. Each session has two segments (Demos: 20 minutes, Questions and Answers: 10 minutes). Unfortunately, there isn't a budget for extra art supplies. Proactive artists are encouraged bring their own supplies to do the demonstrations with me. Otherwise, attendees can use my supplies -- on a one-at-a-time basis, during the Questions and Answers segment.
